Our Harmony Package is our basic package, which is perfect for the bride and groom who have already planned all of the details of their Big Day and chosen their vendors, but who want the assurance and confidence that every detail of that Day will be managed by a professional. The following is a summary of our Harmony services:

• Two face to face planning meetings
•  
  Bi-weekly telephone conference with coordinator
• Review all vendor contracts (after executed)
• Confirm all set/strike arrangements with vendors
• Prepare and Distribute detailed vendor itinerary
• Direct Rehearsal with Officiant (one hour)
• Create and distribute detailed wedding day timeline to wedding party at rehearsal
• Management of Ceremony and Reception
• Oversee ceremony and reception site setup
• One Coordinator and one Assistant
• Eight hours maximum day of coordination hours
• Manage timeline and coordinate/cue all vendors
• Direct timing of all reception events, adjust timing if necessary
• Supervise all vendors
• Distribute final payments and/or gratuities
• Post-wedding and reception services, including gathering gifts, cake cutting set, toasting flutes, guest book, etc.; delivering items to appropriate person, includes return of cake plateau to bakery
• Emergency Kit services
